"While looking for an alternative workout for the winter, I came across the JetBlack-Volt. After the assembly, which was extremely fast and super easy, I was pleased for the second time. Sit on it, start the app, pair it, and off it went.

The trainer is super quiet and can easily be used in an apartment. The neighbors from downstairs have nothing to complain about either.

I have also already made use of customer service. It scored with super-fast feedback and technical know-how. My problem was identified immediately and could be fixed with a little guidance and little effort.

"Ordering and home delivery of the JetBlack Volt were almost immediate and it has completely saved my bike training in 2021 as I have spent a lot of time at home this year. The device has a very good price-performance ratio and comes almost ready to ride with a pre-assembled 11-speed cassette. Just download the app, pair the trainer, update the firmware and go. The VOLT is definitely quiet and does not make any strange noises during operation, so the chain must be thoroughly cleaned and lubricated before the first ride.

By working with ROUVY and ZWIFT for virtual cycling, I was able to experience a realistic simulation of my outdoor workout under a very reliable wattage measurement. In addition, the BT Bridging functionality is still a joy for the Apple TV to connect the heart rate chest strap, and through the VOLT as a bridge without needing an additional Bluetooth slot from the Apple device.

It was the right and smart solution for my indoor training and I am very happy with the product."

"After getting good feedback from Shane Miller (GP Lama) on YouTube, I decided to go with the Jetblack Volt. My old Elite trainer was too inaccurate, had constant connectivity issues and no ERG mode.

Quickly purchased and simply plug and play connected. The connection with the Jetblack app for the update worked smoothly and we were ready to go on Zwift!

Zwift immediately recognized the trainer and after a short calibration over Zwift, the trainer was ready for the first rides. My heart rate chest strap was recognized by the Volt and the data was sent to the computer via Bluetooth.
I tested the trainer very intensively in the last weeks (4-5 times a week) and I am super satisfied! The Volt responds very quickly on inclines and intervals in training programs are very good to ride. The Volt is very quiet (almost only chain can be heard) and has a good stand during sprints. Through my 10-speed group, I, unfortunately, had to replace the supplied cassette.

"I became aware of the JetBlack VOLT at an indoor cycling event. I had the opportunity to try out the bike indoor trainer with turn riser block. Thanks to the existing 11-speed cassette, the assembly was child's play, the rear wheel out, and the bike directly on the bike indoor trainer. Riding was done with the app ZWIFT. My tablet found directly a connection to the JetBlack VOLT. After a short calibration, we started riding. The JetBlack VOLT impressed me with its performance in terms of watt measurement, simulation, and accuracy.

Since I already own the predecessor (WhisperDrive SMART), I was convinced by the rental offer and ordered the JetBlack VOLT directly. There was also nothing to complain about the fast delivery. 5 stars for the support and service!
