Delivery & Shipping
- The standard processing time is 1-2 working days.
- There are no weekend deliveries available.
- Orders placed during sales or on public holidays may be delayed by 1-2 working days.
- JetBlack Cycling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
- PLEASE NOTE: Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within Germany (incl. German islands) we charge a flat rate of 5.95 Euro incl. VAT per order. From a gross order value of 100 euros, we ship free of charge. The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
II. Shipping outside Germany
For shipping to the following countries, we charge a flat rate of 9.95 euros incl. VAT per order. From a gross order value of 150 euros, we ship free of charge. The delivery time is 2-7 working days.

Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.
Can I cancel or change my order?
It is not possible for us to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Our order processing is very fast and starts being processed almost immediately upon receipt of orders. Please make sure you check the details of your order carefully, including the size and colour of your choice and your delivery address. If an error occurs, we will try to correct your order.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
We guarantee delivery only to the address specified at the time of your order. Address changes for parcels that are already in transit are not possible.
What if I have entered the wrong billing address?
If your order has been accepted by our system, it means that your credit card company has accepted the address you entered. You do not need to contact us to update your billing address.
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it is no longer in ours. The first steps are to ask your neighbours and contact the carrier. The carrier will be more able to help you find your parcel as they can contact the delivery person and find out more details about the exact delivery of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are limited to the same tracking details as you. If the parcel has not turned up within 3-5 working days of going missing, please contact us and we will clarify the next steps with you.
