ORDER PROCESSING

The standard processing time is 1-2 business days.

Weekend deliveries are not available.

Orders placed during sales or on holidays may be delayed by 1-2 business days.
JetBlack Cycling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany (including German islands), we charge a flat rate of €26.95 per order, including VAT, for all products except the Victory Trainer.

For orders of the Victory Trainer, we charge €26.95, including VAT, per unit.

Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

II. Shipping outside Germany

For shipping to the following countries, we charge a flat rate of €32.95 per order including VAT for all products except the Victory Trainer.

For orders of the Victory Trainer, we charge €32.95 per unit including VAT.

Delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Delivery to Norway and Switzerland:

For shipping to Norway and Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of €46.00 per order for all products except the Victory Trainer.

For orders of the Victory Trainer, we charge €46.00 per unit.

Delivery time is 2-7 business days.

Alternative delivery to Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then handle all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, fully cleared, and affordably.

FAQs

Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Our order processing is very fast and begins almost immediately upon receipt. Please ensure you carefully check your order details, including your chosen size and color and your delivery address. Should an error occur, we will try to correct your order.

What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
We only guarantee delivery to the address provided at the time of your order. Address changes for packages that are already in transit are not possible.

What if I provided the wrong billing address?
If your order has been accepted by our system, it means your credit card company has accepted the address you entered. You don’t need to contact us to update your billing address.

MISSING PACKAGE?

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it’s no longer in ours. The first steps are to check with your neighbors and contact the carrier. The carrier will be more likely to be able to help you locate your package, as they can contact the delivery driver and learn more details about the exact delivery location. Unfortunately, we are limited to the same tracking details as you. If the package hasn’t appeared within 3-5 business days of the package going missing, please contact us and we will discuss the next steps with you.
