Our 30 Day LOVE TO RIDE Website Purchase Return Policy

You can return your VICTORY trainer purchased on the JetBlack Cycling website for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, for a refund. We do ask for you to cover shipping costs to return the trainer to our distribution centre in your country in original packaging and with your proof of purchase and reference number (see details below). If the item is damaged or incomplete, your refund may be modified or impacted at our discretion, and we will correspond with you accordingly. We feel like this is fair and hope you do too.

RETURNING YOUR JETBLACK ITEMS

  • Please be advised that you will be responsible for any shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to items being returned to JetBlack Cycling. We highly recommend insuring your shipments, especially when it comes to trainers.
  • Please make sure to retain the original packaging during the 30-day return period as we do not provide return packaging.
  • If you were charged sales tax, this will be refunded.
  • For orders outside of Australia where we pay 3% international transaction fees on your behalf, and any duties, shipping or customs fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Your order will be refunded to the original payment type used, minus the shipping fee, transaction fee (if this applies) and duties.
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • JetBlack can only process returns from the original purchaser.  If the item was received as a gift, or purchased as a second-hand item, even with the original purchase receipt, Refunds or warranty can only be provided back to the original purchaser.

RETURNS PROCESS & TERMS

If you would like to return a JetBlack Cycling product with 30 days:

  • Reach out to our support team via: support@jetblackcycling.com. Please provide your order number, country of purchase and contact details. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA) along with detailed return instructions.
  • Any packages returned without an RA will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. JetBlack Products is not liable for lost or damaged shipments back to us unless we authorise and pay for them. We recommend insuring all returns.
  • Returned items must be sent back in original packaging and returned in the same condition as sold, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Incomplete returns may be subject to additional charges or partial refunds.
  • The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly to avoid damage during shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • JetBlack does not accept returns for products purchased through a reseller or distributor. If the product was purchased through a reseller or distributor, please contact them for further details regarding returns. 
  • If you feel your product is broken or not working as you would expect, please reach out  to support@jetblackcycling.com and we will be glad to help you trouble shoot and/or activate your warranty as per our warranty policy
